AMCOR Property Professionals, a locally owned and operated company, has been established since 1990 and, as the principal, I am available at all times. AMCOR is a member of the Community Association Institute and National Institute of Community Managers.

We are a full-service management firm specializing in community association management. “Full Service” includes, but is not limited to: monthly financials, attendance of monthly Board meetings, annual meeting, 24-hour emergency phone service, weekly property inspections, re-bidding of services to assure the best for the least and principle involvement.

We believe the true key to the management of all forms of real property lies in the creation and implementation of a well-conceived plan. Communication between the owners, Boards, and the management company is another key to effective management procedures in which AMCOR excels.
